Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from several warehouses around the US and Europe. With so many shipping centers across the country, we provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We do offer international shipping and can accept all credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Please note that all orders on our website are processed in USD.
Are there any countries you don't ship to because of COVID-19?
We currently can not ship to the following countries due to COVID-19 restrictions:
Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

How can I pay for my order?
MVSRI currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay and PayPal. Please note that all orders on our website are processed in USD.
How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-12 business days depending on the shipping destination.
COVID-19 Update: Be prepared for delays
Our fulfilment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. This notification email will include a tracking link for you to stay up to date with your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges so please ensure that you review the size guide provided under each product.
How do I return my order?
We only accept returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. To make a request, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses depending on the type of the product ordered. You should receive a separate email notification with a tracking link once the rest of your order has shipped.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via, email email@example.com, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. In addition, we will need proof that you got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report that you have yet to receive it, MVSRl won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different items. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.
